Isaac Campbell, CEO & Lead Developer

Isaac Campbell is a DevOps practitioner specializing in implementing best practices and leading efficient, integrated teams. His primary focus is enabling teams to own their applications and tools, and providing said teams with the knowledge, automation, tools, and skills required to support their application through it’s entire lifecycle. In a past life, he was a linux systems administrator and database administrator, with my expertise focusing on On- Premise to Cloud migrations, AWS and VMware ecosystems, MySQL and Percona Databases, and a variety of other technologies that Ops people in those worlds inevitably interact with.
Isaac has over 15 years of experience working in a variety of industries, including: education and public policy, telecommunications, machine learning, travel, and, most recently, video games. He has worked for companies in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He graduated from the Computer Programmer Analyst program St. Lawrence College (Kingston, ON) in 2006. Over the course of his career he has developed a specialization in systems architecture design and implementation with a focus on automation.
As a DevOps (development and operations) practitioner, Isaac firmly believes in integrated development processes that are collective and self-reflexive. This work philosophy removes the traditional barriers that exist in tech companies and empowers teams and individuals as they are part of an entire production process rather than simply one part of the assembly line. As a team lead, Isaac acted as a mentor to his team members and built an environment of continued learning and professional development.
Isaac has always been a supporter of the arts and arts community. He is enjoying living out his childhood dream of working for a video game company! He is an avid photographer, with a particular focus on black and white photography. This company is an opportunity for Isaac to use his expertise to give back to the arts community in a meaningful way.
